With over 16 years of combined experience in academia and industry, he has served as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting and HST Consulting and has led numerous successful projects across diverse sectors.

Mr. Surafel Yilma is the Founder and Partner of BIS, holding BA and MBA degrees. With over 15 years of combined experience in academia and industry, he is a certified national trainer and an accomplished consultant. He previously served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and has successfully managed numerous cross-industry projects since the establishment of BIS.
